We invite you to recognize the dogs who have impacted your life and hold a piece of your heart. With a donation of $500 or more, you can honor your furry loved one with a heart that we’ll add to this Wall for everyone to adore. In Memory of Ramon
Ramon
May 19, 2019
Ramon, my trusted Chihuahua friend, was a reliable little companion. For twelve years, he served as something of a social critic, always issuing a shrill, ear-piercing warning to anyone brave enough to enter our home. It was a sad day when he took his last breath in May 2019, but I will forever fondly remember that little 9 lb. complainer.
Angela
Angela
April 28, 2006 – June 27, 2020
Angela was my second guide dog from Guide Dogs for the Blind, helping to
protect me  for almost 10 years.
She traveled over  a quarter of a million miles with me, guiding me swiftly
through airports, meetings and visiting friends.  Though she was petite at
50 pounds, she had a huge personality.  Angela lit up a room when she
entered as if to say, “Hello, I’m here.” She was a vibrant, irrepressible,
exuberant, and she certainly had the “joie de vivre” till just before she
crossed the Rainbow Bridge.
I will always love you, dear Angela.  Much aloha and a hui hou.
