It’s OK to change your mind!
Effective September 20, 2021
If you’re not totally satisfied with your purchase you can return new and unused products with their product(s) tags (if applicable) within 15 days, together with your proof of purchase, for a full refund. Sorry, we do not accept returns on face masks. We are unable to refund your purchase if any product is found to be modified from its original form when purchased, dirty, stained, or damaged.
Refunds will be credited to the payment method used at the time of purchase and will not include the return shipping costs.
Instructions:
- Email us at GDH Online shop with the subject field: Product Return
- Provide us with the customer name, order number, products being returned and the best phone number we can reach you at.
When we receive your return request, we will confirm that your request is within the allowable return period. You will receive a response with next steps.
